In our PreK program, children are prepared for kindergarten. They are encouraged to lead conversations, ask questions and explore the environment around them to fulfill their curiosity. Teachers engage children in meaningful one-on-one conversations, use open-ended questions and statements to stimulate thinking and self-expression and allow children to engage in meaningful discussion with each other. Our curriculum promotes phonological awareness using rhymes, songs and finger plays. Writing is used in meaningful ways throughout the classroom.
